This is a varied role that combines customer service and administration duties with hands-on warehouse work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office and physical tasks. This position could particularly suit someone looking for their first role and willing to learn and develop, with the potential to become a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries and process orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Update and maintain records accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding products, deliveries, and queries
- General administrative support
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders
- Loading and unloading stock
- Organising and maintaining warehouse areas
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
- Supporting the warehouse team with daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Good computer literacy and confidence using IT systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience is beneficial xgikmsk but not essential, as full training will be provided
