Shift Service: 10pm-6am, nights
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Team Manager, or similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive performance and achieve operational targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing operational performance across designated warehouse areas.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting Team Managers, Team Leaders, and Operatives.
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and service levels to ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health.
