We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Measham for an experienced Showroom Sales Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and customer-focused individual with previous sales experience to work within a busy showroom environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and providing an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
Working Hours
- Part-time position, working 34 days per week
- Weekend working will be required in line with the needs of the business
- Working patterns and rota will be discussed upon commencement
- Showroom opening hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service within the showroom.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and product selections.
- Building strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs.
- Supporting the sales process from enquiry through to purchase.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
- Working proactively and using initiative to support the wider team.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role is essential.
