Our client manufactures and installs a range of specialist incubation machines for the poultry industry, selling worldwide with a reputation for quality. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business operating within the mechanical and electronics engineering industry.
We require a committed, hardworking electrical wireman to join a growing team. You will need to have transferable skills not limited to one job, you must work to the highest standards and will ideally have a background working on electro-mechanical projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in panel building/wiring
- Cable loom assembly
- Knowledge of bootlace ferrules and insulated crimps, lug crimps
- Good soldering skills
- Production environment mentality
- Ability to read electrical drawings/wiring schematics/wiring schedules
Preferred Attributes:
- Positive can-do attitude
- Report to supervisors any queries of the job in hand

You will be based at their facility in Yeovil, where you will be trained in electrical panel building and testing and the wiring and maintenance of electrical control systems.
