While the position is primarily office-based, you’ll have the chance to travel occasionally, allowing you to engage with a diverse client base. What You’ll Do: Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and support. Drive Growth: Ensure maintenance and service contracts are adhered to and contribute to expanding our service contract business. Financial Acumen: Take charge of financial management and budget control within the workshop, identifying opportunities for new business growth. Optimize Efficiency: Continuously seek ways to improve the productivity of engineers and overall service delivery. Customer Commitment: Deliver on the Service Level Agreements, ensuring high-quality support and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with the Technical department.
