SHIFT: Monday to Friday -37.5 hours a week Weekends off work!!! JOB PURPOSE: To liaise with customers on all aspects of the business of the Organisation to ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality service are maintained at all times. THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Date changes with CMS logs Simple uplifts (odd lines with the basic checks). Calling suppliers, stock avaiailbility, POD request to support queries already logged by Core CSAs etc Customer P/O queries (X req queries via EDI portal) SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: PC literate Previous customer service experience desirable Work on own initiative Problem solving Communication Planning & Organising Confident Pleasant, helpful attitude to all internal and external customers Belief in our service and its benefits to our customers Contact person: Angela 07977 503368 / JBRP1_UKTJ
