Our Client is a leading retail showroom in Measham, seeking a motivated and personable Sales Assistant to join a small, friendly team. If you have an eye for interiors, enjoy engaging with customers, and work well as part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly, professional approach.
- Offer tailored product advice on fireplaces, suites, and media walls.
- Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment.
- Support order processing and customer follow-up including general administration duties.
- Develop product knowledge through on-the-job learning.
- Previous experience within the fireplace industry is preferred.
- Motivated, punctual, and hardworking individual.
- Positive and approachable personality.
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
- Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team.
- Comfortable working weekends on a rota basis.
- Gas Safe and/or Hetas registered individual is preferable but not essential.
- A welcoming and supportive work environment.
- Hands-on training and product knowledge development.
- Varied working week (56 days alternating).
