We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading employer based within the heart of Sheffield with a growing finance function. This is an exciting and developmental opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a thriving firm looking to invest. This is the perfect role for a numerically minded talent looking to grow their career within finance. This opportunity will have you reporting to the Head of Treasury ensuring the cash management, liquidity and financial risk are monitored for the organisation.

Brief Overview:

  • Monday - Friday office based hours
  • Starting salary of £27,000.00
  • Hybrid working pattern offering 2 days working from home

This Finance Administrator role will include the below responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily cash positions
  • Producing daily cash forecasts
  • Month end support
  • Reconciling of balance sheets
  • Producing treasury reports
  • Input payments through CRMs
  • Updating of supplier details
  • Reporting to Head of Treasury and supporting the wider finance department

The ideal candidate for this role will have the below qualifications and exposure:

  • Previous financial exposure would be advantageous
  • Previous exposure within a commercial setting is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Numerically minded and attentive to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
