The Role:
As an Section Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing different contracts within a shared user operation . You\’ll lead a team, manage performance, and ensure all financial, administrative, and operational targets are met. You will also be resposible for stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the shift automation operations and team performance
• Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and inventory accuracy
• Manage staffing matters including absences, appraisals, and training
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and drive process improvements
• Use data insights to make informed operational decisions
• Ensure all health & safety regulations are met
• Conduct team briefings and act as a communication link to leadership
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations for stock handling
• Liaise with and update key stakeholders, including the end user

About You:
? Experience in3PL or warehouse automationoperations
? Strong leadership and team management skills
? Confident usingWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)
? Knowledge of SOP creation and updates
? Health & safety and compliance aware
? Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
