IMMEDIATE START! Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for packer/co-pack operatives to work at our client's site in DIRFT, NN67GX.

Shift pattern: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (occasional weekend overtime)

Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (Overtime AM/PM Monday to Saturday is paid at £17.27 p/h. Overtime AM/PM Sunday is paid at £21.27 p/h)

Job description & Duties:

  • Managing a team of up to 10 people
  • Allocating workers to production lines
  • Checking and preparing inbound stock pallets
  • Setting up production lines (including conveyor belts, tables, equipment, Trakrap, etc)
  • Running jobs on the system (Nulogy)
  • Scanning all components according to Bill of Materials
  • Briefing the team on SKU, description of the work, pallet spec, quantities etc.
  • Moving pallets in and out of production line
  • Quality checks of produced goods
  • Reconciliation of goods and consumables at the end of the run
  • Line clear down
  • Working with other Line leads and Team leader to prepare production plan
  • Monitoring productivity and efficiency
  • Resolving any issues arising during production run
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S and Quality regulations
  • Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
