Siamo Recruitment, an industry-leading recruitment and training business with over 40 years of success, is continuing to grow. We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Ashby-de-la-Zouch branch. Siamo specialises in supplying temporary and permanent staff across the distribution, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and office professional sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who is looking to progress within a fast-paced, rewarding and people-focused business that offers genuine career development and uncapped earning potential.
Salary & Hours
- £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary DOE
- Uncapped market-leading commission structure
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
- Flexibility for earlier starts and later finishes is required depending on client needs
- Participation in the teams weekly on-call rota will also be required
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Visiting client sites and maintaining excellent service levels
- Recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms
- Matching suitable candidates to client requirements
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Conducting regular service reviews with clients
- Working towards individual and branch performance targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 years recruitment experience, either within temporary or permanent recruitment
- The ideal candidate will be:
- Motivated and target-driven
- Professional and organised
- Confident building relationships with clients and candidates
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Driven to progress into a senior role within the business
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for this role, as regular travel to client sites will be required.
