Receptionist/Administrator β Leicester, LE4 β Β£26,000 Per Annum
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly organized and customer-service focused individual to join a small, friendly team based in Leicester, LE4.
We are looking for someone to greet visitors and take and direct incoming calls. The role will also involve basic admin duties, including data entry. The role will also involve supporting the wider team in different departments with admin duties as and when required.
Hours/Days of Work
Monday to Thursday 08:00am β 17:00pm
Friday 08:00am β 16:00pm
Duties
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they sign in and out
- Answering incoming calls and directing to departments as required
- Data entry tasks β entering information accurately into the system as required
- Supporting the wider team and other departments with admin duties
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or reception
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literate and able to learn new IT systems
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage a number of tasks effectively
- Reliable and hardworking
