Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support a production team to deliver top-quality results on time
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues
- Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential
- Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met
- Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance
