They are looking for a Trainee Accountancy Recruiter to join their growing and successful team. This fantastic opportunity would suit someone that has genuine ambition and drive and an interest in building a rewarding career.
You will be speaking to a wide range of people, helping connect talented candidates with exciting opportunities across the UK. In this role, you will use a variety of tools, from calls, social media and messaging to engage with candidates and introduce them to new positions. You will work towards clear and set out goals that will further develop and strengthen your communication skills and learn how to identify and match the right talent to clients.
You will undergo a second to none training program provided to you by the company Directors supplying you with insider knowledge, tips and tricks required to become a talented head-hunter. With a competitive starting salary and uncapped commission, this role offers strong earning potential as well as long-term career growth in a supportive and energetic environment.

This Trainee Accountancy Recruiter role will have the following responsibilities:
- Highlighting and contacting talent being passed over by the qualifying team to discuss current vacancies
- Approaching talent via phone, email, text and social media platforms
- Building a multi-skilled talent pool allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans
- Working in partnership with an experienced team of consultants raising awareness and introducing talent to their clients
- Market research will be essential to hunt any new roles in the market
- Working to clients' recruitment requests and offering suitable talent
