Location: Corby, NN18

Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £29,800 yearly

Shift Service: 10pm-6am, nights

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader, Senior Operative, or Management role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to motivate, support, and develop team members.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising a team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and performance across the department.
  • Providing training, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Managing staffing levels and allocating workloads effectively.
  • Investigating and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with management and other departments to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Completing administrative tasks, reports, and performance records as required.
