We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Account Manager to join a busy growing team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background within the Electrical Wholesale industry who is passionate about building relationships, developing business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:00am - 12:00pm
The Role
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers across the Northampton area
- Producing quotations and processing sales orders
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Working closely with external sales and branch teams to maximise sales opportunities
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to branch growth
Requirements
- Previous experience within the Electrical Wholesale sector is essential
- Strong knowledge of the Northampton area and local customer base
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in account management and business development
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
