IMMEDIATE START Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for packer/co-pack operatives to work at our client's site in DIRFT, NN67GX. While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

Shift pattern: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (occasional weekend overtime)

Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (Overtime AM/PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is paid at £17.27 p/h. Overtime AM/PM Sunday is paid at £21.27 p/h)

Job description & Duties:

  • Managing a team of up to 10 people
  • Allocating workers to production lines
  • Checking and preparing inbound stock pallets
  • Setting up production lines (including conveyor belts, tables, equipment, Trakrap, etc)
  • Running jobs on the system (Nulogy)
  • Scanning all components according to Bill of Materials
  • Briefing the team SKU, description of the work, pallet spec, quantities etc.
  • Moving pallets in and out of production line
  • Quality checks of produced goods
  • Reconciliation of goods and consumables at the end of the run
  • Line clear down
  • Working with other Line leads and Team leader to prepare production plan
  • Monitoring productivity and efficiency
  • Resolving any issues arising during production run
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S and Quality regulations
  • Maintaining fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
