About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Mobile Recruitment Consultant to support the delivery of recruitment services across multiple client sites. In this role, you will help onboard new clients, manage recruitment processes, and provide extra support during busy periods and holiday cover. You will work closely with clients to build strong relationships, ensure smooth service, and help spot new business opportunities. This is a mobile position, so you will need to be flexible and happy to travel between sites.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Onboarding: Help set up and launch recruitment services for new clients, making sure everything runs smoothly from day one.
- Site Support: Work across multiple client sites, offering hands-on recruitment help, especially during peak periods and when covering staff absences.
- Account Growth: Build strong relationships with clients and look for ways to grow the partnership and offer more services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key targets and ensure recruitment services meet client expectations and follow employment laws.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with client contacts such as HR and Operations to make sure their hiring needs are met.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to improve the recruitment process and make it more efficient.
- Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in recruitment (onsite or agency) or workforce solutions, ideally in fast-paced sectors like logistics, industrial, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and deliver results against KPIs and client expectations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
- Good understanding of employment law and compliance (including AWR).
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexibility to travel between sites as needed.
