The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for hard working individuals to join a team within a friendly, chilled/freezer warehouse environment, to locate and order pick products, ensuring accurate dispatch to stores all over the country. The role will involve picking grocery products using voice headsets and LLOP (Low Level Order Pickers). You will be working in the Freezer which is from -19 Degree to -23 Degrees. Full freezer clothing is provided. Due to the nature of the environment, you have a break every hour and full lunch break, so you work a total of 6 hours out of 8. All breaks are paid. This role is on-going, and will go permanent following successful training, performance, and attendance.

Shifts: 22:00pm - 06:00am (5 Days out of 7 includes weekend working on a rota basis)

Payrates:

  • Pre 12 Weeks: £16.94 Per Hour
  • From 12 Weeks: £18.21 Per Hour
  • From 27 Weeks: £19.21 per Hour

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience is required.
  • MUST have LLOP experience as there will be LLOP testing.
  • MUST be understanding of the cold environment and want to work in a freezer, so experience or knowledge of this is essential.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Reliable and keen to work.
