IMMEDIATE START!!! Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for a new Quality Co-Ordinator Supervisor to work at our client's site in DIRFT, NN67GX. Shift pattern: Mon - Fri 37.5 hrs p/wk. (8:30 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00) = 7.5hrs per day, 30 minutes lunch break unpaid.

Pay Rate: £16.34 per hour

Role & Responsibilities Quality Co-Ordinator Supervisor:

  • Supporting the Quality & Compliance Manager/RP on site in their duties to ensure the site adheres to GDP/GMP and ISO guidelines.
  • Advising the Operational team on Quality requirements to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Performing Quality related tasks to ensure that departmental processes are followed, and systems are maintained in compliance with regulatory (GDP & GMP) and customer expectations.
  • Accountability areas include supporting the QA Manager/RP in ensuring compliance with Good Distribution and Good Manufacturing Practices (GDP/GMP).
  • Supporting the QA Manager/RP in ensuring that operations do not compromise the quality of medicinal products.
  • Supporting the QA Manager/RP with training and development.
  • Performing temperature monitoring activities ensuring deviations are identified immediately and escalated internally/externally if required.
  • Coordinating with the QA Manager and Operational teams regarding the management and segregation of recalls as instructed by clients.
  • Performing QC related tasks, including inspection and release of incoming goods/materials, returns, recalls, samples management, temperature management, in-process control (Co-pack operations) as well as other QC activities.
  • Supporting business strategies to achieve higher levels of compliance and quality of service.
  • Complying with QA processes and requirements within the QC department (SOP writing, CAPA management, change control, training, internal audits, etc.).
  • Monitoring and reporting contractual QC KPIs as agreed with clients.
  • Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with peers, colleagues and clients.
  • Ensuring QC related documentation is archived in a controlled manner and retention/reference samples are managed and stored accordingly.
  • Co-hosting regulatory and client audits in conjunction with the quality management team.

The Quality Co-Ordinator will also have knowledge of:

  • The Principles and Guidelines of GMP and how the principles of GDP maintain product quality throughout the distribution chain.
  • ISO9001 regulations.
  • The role of the professional bodies and organizations that regulate those supplying medicinal products to the public.
  • Understanding of Deviations, CAPA, Change Control management, Risk Assessments and document control processes.
