We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving Estate Agency who lead the way across the Cotswolds. Due to continuous expansion and growth in the market, our client is looking to onboard an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis.
This Accounts Administrator role will have you covering AP, AR, general reconciling and uploading of customer data onto their CRMs. Within this role, you will partner with all areas of the business and directly report into the Business and Finance Manager. Our client uses bespoke accountancy software; however, exposure to SAGE/SAP/XERO is advantageous.
Role Overview:
- Monday to Friday either 09:30am - 14:30pm or 10:00am - 14:00pm (20-25 hours per week)
- Starting wage is £13.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Business and Finance Manager on daily accounts escalations
- Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining ledgers
- Processing invoices
- Issuing payments
- Creating client invoices
- Reconciling and credit control as and when required
- Updating customer records
- Resolving billing enquiries
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous accounts exposure is essential
- Previous exposure working for an estate agency would be advantageous
- Microsoft Office proficient including Excel
- Attentive with excellent reconciling skills
- A naturally confident communicator
