Job Description
Siamo Group is currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a lettings team based in Ashby De La Zouch. LE65 1AN
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing and diversifying business. The right candidate will play an integral role in developing the market presence across Ashby and the surrounding areas, while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants
Key Responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic lettings team, with duties including:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
- Registering applicants and managing applicant databases
- Matching tenants to suitable properties and providing detailed property information
- Marketing properties across online platforms and other media
- Listing new instructions on property portals
- Conducting viewings and obtaining feedback
- Negotiating offers and tenancy terms
- Managing listings from instruction through to Let Agreed
- Working to achieve individual and team targets
- Providing regular market updates and insight
- Supporting broader team goals and duties as required
