We are looking for a CNC Machine Operative for a world leading manufacturer of precision engineered components. This is an opportunity to work for one of the largest engineering groups in the UK specialising in machining and assembling solutions for the automotive industry!
We are looking for someone with experience of operating CNC machinery. You will be ensuring production of parts is planned and run to time frames, while ensuring quality throughout the process. Using technical drawings, you will be setting the machinery to ensure accurate manufacturing. With a keen eye for detail, troubleshoot and resolve machine issues that may arise. You will be liaising with the design teams to execute the projects accurately.
This role is 39 hours a week to be worked 19:45pm - 06:00am, Monday to Thursday (9.75hrs Per Shift).
Requirements:
- Experience of operating CNC Machines in the UK
- At least 2 years CNC machine operating experience (preferably milling)
- Experienced in achieving production targets
- Able to use basic engineering measuring equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- Self-Motivated and able to work independently
