We are looking for an organised individual to support teams within a busy transport office. You will be responsible for:
- Debriefing drivers run sheets to the Transport Management System
- Answering emails from both internal and external contacts
- Creating reports for customers
- Dealing with delivery queries
- Liaising with the customer service team to ensure they have accurate and up to date information
- Manifesting orders to keep a steady flow of work to the warehouse
Days & Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off Shift pattern 18:00pm - 06:00am
About You:
- Experience within a transport environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in a busy and demanding environment
- Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of MS Office applications
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Able to work to tight deadlines and manage own time effectively
