Job Description Class 2 Driver (Category C) - Manchester (M26 1GG) ?? Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time\n ?? Salary: Up to £36,800 per annum \n \n Are you an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver looking for a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and a great working pattern? n The Role As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering cable management and electrical distribution products to wholesale customers across the region.\n \n \n Completing multi-drop deliveries (typically 12-15 drops per day ) \n Loading and unloading your vehicle safely \n Providing excellent customer service during deliveries \n Carrying out manual handling duties \n Assisting in the warehouse when required, including picking and packing orders \n Completing vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations \n Working Hours \n \n 45 hours per week \n Monday to Friday (primarily) \n Early morning starts \n Flexibility required to meet business needs \n Occasional overnight stays may be required, paid at an additional £24 per night \n What We're Looking For \n \n Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence \n Minimum 2 years' Class 2 multi-drop driving experience \n Preferred clean driving licence \n A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach \n Physically fit, as manual handling is involved \n Able to work flexibly when required \n Insurance Requirements: Due to the company's insurance policy, applicants must:\n \n \n Be 25 years of age or over \n Meet the company's driver insurance criteria \n What You'll Receive \n \n Permanent, full-time employment \n Salary of up to £36,800 per annum \n An additional £24 per night for overnight stays \n Monday to Friday working pattern with opportunities for overtime where available \n A supportive and friendly working environment \n If you're an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for your next permanent role, we'd love to hear from you.
