Job Description Class 1 Driver - Manchester \n Location: Manchester, M26 1GG\n Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum \n Hours: 45 hours per week\n Working Pattern: 5-day week, day shifts\n Position: Class 1 Driver\n \nJoin Our TeamWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our Manchester Branch.\n \nThis is a full-time, day-shift role offering the opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive Warehouse and Delivery team.\n \nYour Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for:\n \n \n Delivering customer orders safely, on time and to the required quality standards. \n Completing multiple-drop deliveries . \n Breaking down palletised deliveries for customers, including handballing . \n Packing and loading your vehicle safely and efficiently. \n Operating safely within the warehouse and fleet environment. \n Operating a forklift - full training will be provided . \n Completing the required administration associated with warehouse and delivery operations. \n Working closely with the team to meet daily Warehouse and Delivery schedules. \n Supporting the Warehouse team as required. \n What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:\n \n \n A qualified Class 1 Driver with the appropriate licence. \n Comfortable carrying out manual handling and handballing duties. \n Flexible and willing to support the wider Warehouse operation when required. \Due to our insurance regulations, we are unable to provide coverage for individuals under the age of 25 to drive our company vehicles.\n \nHow to Apply - If you think this role could be right for you, please apply as soon as possible .\
