Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Ground Workers to join an established well-organised construction company in Rugby CV23.
We are looking to hire 2-3 experienced Groundworkers on a 12-week temp to perm basis. The successful candidates will be involved in general groundworks, including site preparation and maintenance, general structures as well as civils and finishing. This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in construction to contribute to a busy and dynamic site.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar ground working role, civil and general structures.
- Skilled in fencing, paving, concrete laying, kerbing, drainage, Monoblock installation, tar laying, brick laying, and general site works.
- A flexible working attitude with strong time management skills and the ability to travel as needed.
- Proficient in using mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones.
- Comfortable using emails and other computer systems.
- Ability to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota on a rotational basis.
- A full UK driving licence.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Orange PPE (essential)
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in groundworks preferred
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime hours available)
Paid Hours: 8 per day
