As the Engineer Co-Ordinator you will hold the below responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads for in-house security and technology installation engineers.
- Schedule and manage third-party suppliers.
- Maximise engineer utilisation while minimising travel time and operational costs.
- Coordinate installations, maintenance visits, removals, emergency call-outs and reactive works.
- Monitor engineer capacity and proactively manage changing priorities throughout the working day.
- Liaise with customers to arrange appointments, provide updates and manage expectations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and external partners.
- Monitor job progress and quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or operational issues.
- Ensure all completed works are accurately closed within company systems and prepared for invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and job management systems.
- Support continuous improvement of planning processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), customer deadlines and business KPIs are consistently achieved,

- Previous scheduling exposure is essential

- Previous exposure working with all departments
