Location: Tiverton

Job Length: Temp to perm

Hourly Rate: £20.70

Working Hours: 46 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, as shifts may be scheduled across 5 days within a 7-day period. Start times will vary from 5am onwards.

Siamo Recruitment are currently seeking class 2 drivers to work at a renowned multi-beverage supplier site, based in Tiverton. You must have 12 months prior experience of HGV driving to be successful for this position.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Driving vehicles up to 26 tonnes and delivering stock to customers.
  • Loading and unloading stock alongside Driver's Mates and the Warehouse team.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Using local area knowledge to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
  • Safely unloading stock at customer venues and reloading empty kegs.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 HGV licence and CPC Drivers Card.
  • Minimum 12 months' HGV driving experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Highway Code and current driving legislation.
  • Great knowledge of the local area.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling duties, however full training will be provided.
