Siamo Group is currently looking for MHE licensed drivers for our prestigious client, at their site based in Mercia DE12.
Shifts: You will be working from MONDAY-FRIDAY (AM/PM) shift times vary depending on availability.
Salary:
- AM- £12.75/hr plus £1.13/hr for MHE (MHE uplift offered once training is passed and operating MHE)
- NGT- £16.57/hr plus £1.13/hr for MHE (MHE uplift offered once training is passed and operating MHE)
Job Description: The Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator/Warehouse Assistant/Inventory Assistant is responsible for sorting, routing and loading cargo to and from various warehousing or storage locations. Systematic and mechanically inclined, is also responsible for quality standards, safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment and may also be required to support general warehouse operations. The Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish their work.
About You: Minimum 6 months MHE Experience and a licence in any of the following: Reach Truck, HLOP, MLOP, LLOP. A good communicator, and happy to work in a team. Basic computer knowledge for data/work entries. Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment needed due to the MHE job requirement. Understanding and following health and safety rules are essential in this position.
