The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.
We are supporting a work-leading engineering company based in Leicester to recruit Wet Spray Painters. Working as part of the spray team you will be applying paint coats to precision components used in plant machinery. The parts will be painted in line with customer specifications.
Working pattern:
- Monday - Thursday: 06:30am - 14:30pm
- Friday: 06:00am - 11:30am
- Monday - Thursday: 14:30pm - 22:30pm
- Friday: 11:30am - 17:00pm
Duties:
- Painting and prepping of complex components to the required industry standard
- Deliver and be responsible for the quality of work undertaken
- Actively support the Paint Shop Team Leader in all areas of the business as required
Requirements:
- Ideally 2 years plus wet painting experience
- Versatile and enthusiastic with a high level of attention to detail
- Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
- Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must have experience in wet paint spraying
- A team player who can also work on own initiative
- Basic numeracy & literacy
