Salary: £29,000 - £34,000
Days: Rotating Shifts:
- AM 6:00am till 14:00pm and early finish on Friday at 13:10pm
- PM 14:00pm till 22:30pm and early finish on Friday at 18:20pm
Permanent Night Shift:
- Sun 20:50 - 06:00
- Mon-Thurs 22:30 - 06:00 (Plus £1 shift premium)

As the Automotive Manufacturing Production Technician, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing operations within our client's Coventry facility. You will lead a team of 5 skilled professionals, ensuring that production meets quality standards and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The Role:
- Lead and support a small production team to deliver top-quality results on time.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues.
- Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential.
- Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met.
- Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance.
