- previous experience in panel building/wiring
- cable loom assembly
- knowledge of bootlace ferrules and insulated crimps, lug crimps
- good soldering skills
- production environment mentality

- ability to read electrical drawings / wiring schematics./ wiring schedules
- positive can do attitude
- report to supervisors any queries of the job in hand
- desire to learn
- dedication to constant improvement
