The Role: As an Automation Area Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing automated warehouse operations. You'll lead a team, manage performance, and ensure all financial, administrative, and operational targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the shift automation operations and team performance
- Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and inventory accuracy
- Manage staffing matters including absences, appraisals, and training
