Maintain guidelines of food preparation to ensure that desired quality and standards are achieved. Train staff in providing excellent service experience to all customers. Able to adapt to menu differences as it is a Thai Restaurant. Ensure compliance to safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
