This is a pivotal Executive Team role, leading a significant phase in SIA's evolution. The Director will develop and embed a regionally led operating model that brings a locally led delivery model through partnerships, communities and volunteers, while ensuring national consistency, collaboration and excellence.
Working across the organisation, the post will help shape SIA's future, leading change that strengthens our people, our culture and our impact beyond our Strategy 2030
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: SIA House, Milton Keynes
