Job Description
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to GB energy network clients, helping them identify, design and deliver smart grid and network transformation solutions
- Scope and lead innovative projects, working closely with Sia’s Data and AI experts
- Play a key role in the UK & Ireland Energy & Utilities leadership team, driving business development and go-to-market strategy
- Leverage and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across network companies and regulators
- Collaborate with colleagues across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, North America and Australia to deliver an integrated global offering
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Deep sector expertise and strong knowledge of GB energy networks
- 8+ years’ experience in a management or engineering consultancy within the utilities sector
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record in business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently
- A collaborative, people-oriented approach, working effectively at all levels
- A strong ambassador for the Sia brand and values
