The primary role of an Associate Consultant is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analysing and synthesising findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associate Consultants work across practices as generalists and are staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, and length, offering exceptional early exposure to diverse consulting engagements.
As an Associate Consultant, you will:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at the university level. Prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting or market research is highly desirable. You must be naturally curious and self-motivated, able to prioritise effectively, and equipped with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Our Associate Consultants are expected to be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, and bring excellent communication skills, confidence, and a 'can-do' attitude.
Required:
- BA or BSc, in 2027 from an accredited university. Targeted majors include Business, Economics, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, and Science, though we remain open to other disciplines
- Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research through a range of research methodologies
- Relevant internships are a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills; experience working with large datasets and modelling
- Initiative-taking: exhibiting flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
- Comfort with ambiguity: ability to synthesise implications and triangulate from various data sources
- Well organised: ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
- Demonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem-solving skills
