1st or 2nd Line Support Technician in Nottingham

SIA Ltd is based in Lady Bay, Nottingham. Founded in 1994 we have approximately 250 clients nationwide achieved through referral and reputation. We are a team of 8 who work closely together to ensure the best support for our clients, from an excellent working environment. We have a 1st and 2nd line support position available. All necessary training will be given – with potential for Microsoft Certification. Salary based on experience. The position is in-person (please do not apply if you require home working). Initial duties may include machine builds, dealing with clients via the telephone, email, remote connection. Windows and 365 knowledge an advantage. 2nd Line position includes site visits.
