As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen projects from post-sale handover through to final completion and client sign-off. You will oversee the full lifecycle of each project, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. This role requires strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail, with full ownership of coordinating suppliers, installers, and clients throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project management role (ideally within kitchens, interiors, or construction)
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initial handover through to completion
  • Experience conducting site surveys, including taking accurate measurements and assessing project feasibility
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant design software (e.g. Winner, Compusoft, AutoCAD or similar)
  • Previous experience within the kitchen industry, with strong preference for German kitchen brands and systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams
  • Experience coordinating trades, suppliers, and installers
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and manage on-site challenges
  • Competent with CRM systems and project tracking tools
  • Good understanding of project timelines, logistics, and sequencing of works
  • Professional and client-focused approach at all times

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handover from Sales and onboarding clients with clear timelines and processes
  • Coordinate and attend site visits
  • Review and co-ordinate the update of designs following site visits and client feedback
  • Manage documentation including drawings, quotations, contracts, and Docusign packs
  • Oversee ordering and confirmation of kitchens, appliances, and materials
  • Schedule and coordinate all deliveries (kitchen, appliances, and ancillary items)
  • Plan and manage installation schedules with fitters and contractors
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor installation progress with regular check-ins and site visits
  • Manage and track remedial works through to completion
  • Coordinate specialist services such as worktops and glass installations
  • Ensure all project stages are signed off and documented correctly
  • Manage project payments in line with company payment schedules
  • Maintain accurate updates on internal systems and operations boards
  • Ensure all projects are completed to a high standard and signed off by the client
  • Prepare and issue final project completion documentation

Salary for this role will be determined based on experience and suitability for the position, with the potential to introduce a performance-based commission structure. This role is subject to a 6-month probation period, during which performance, suitability, and overall fit within the business will be reviewed. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to delivering high standards and contributing positively to the continued growth of the business.

Working Location

Sia Kitchens Showroom 1 High Street Elstree Hertfordshire WD6 3BY You may also be required to attend client homes, project sites, or our second showroom in Northwood when necessary.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm You may be required to work additional hours where necessary to fulfil your responsibilities.
