Job Title: Senior Sales Kitchen Designer

Location: Showroom Based – Northwest London

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the kitchen industry, with a proven track record in sales, exceptional design ability, and strong customer-facing skills. You will guide customers through the full design and sales journey—from initial consultation to final sign-off—delivering high-quality, bespoke kitchen solutions tailored to their needs.

You will be working as part of a collaborative team, closely alongside the Managing Director (MD), Project Manager (PM), and Design Team to ensure smooth project delivery and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative, functional kitchen designs using Winner Compusoft software
• Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to completion
• Work closely with the Managing Director, Project Manager, and design team to ensure projects run efficiently
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
• Conduct home visits and take accurate on-site measurements
• Prepare detailed quotations, design presentations, and product specifications
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all kitchen ranges and materials
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM and project documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the kitchen design industry
• Proven track record in sales, achieving or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Winner Compusoft software
• Strong design portfolio (must be submitted with application)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and alongside senior leadership
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm
