Sia is looking for talented consultants with a passion for helping large organisations to adapt to ever changing technological and regulatory changes. This role is predominantly for regulatory change for major tech clients but might include assignments in other sectors & topics. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of projects, coordinating different teams and project streams on regulatory changes and regulators requests, potentially working across several clients in the UK and Ireland as well as overseas engagements, if required;
  • Supporting the development of content and pitches for Business Transformation related opportunities and proposals;
  • Supporting the development of Sia Partners' assets and IP including methodology, tools, templates, guidelines and lead initiatives to continuously improve and integrate them with other Sia Partners assets across the Business Transformation Practice;
  • Assisting in marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks;
  • Facilitating own learning by self-study and receive training from more Senior members of the organisation;
  • Interacting with other industry teams within Sia Partners to share information.

Qualifications

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years' Management Consulting experience (experience from a recognised, top-tier management consulting firm is a plus);
  • Supported client engagements with successful outcomes;
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (Agile / Scrum experience is a bonus);
  • Experience and interest in compliance, legal and regulatory changes;
  • Can process information, identify problems, and trends;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

What academic qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree (2:1) or international equivalent in a relevant subject;
  • Ideally including an advanced business degree (e.g. MS, MBA).
