We are working with a well-established and respected client with a strong reputation for quality and reliability, who is seeking an experienced Machinery Service Technician to join their team, offering a varied role combining workshop-based work and onsite servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high levels of customer service and technical support
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on modern machinery in both workshop and onsite environments
- Complete all relevant service documentation accurately and within required timescales
- Represent the client professionally and maintain high service standards
- Support, mentor, and assist junior team members where required
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair modern machinery
- Good understanding of current industry practices
- Disciplined and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally holds an Engineering or Mechanical qualification
- Experience using diagnostic equipment and IT systems
- Willingness to attend supplier and manufacturer training courses
