Are you an organised and proactive Procurement Planner looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a Procurement Planner to join a busy and successful organisation. This is a key role responsible for ensuring materials and components are available when needed, supporting business operations and maintaining effective stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing procurement schedules in line with business forecasts and operational requirements
  • Raising, maintaining and expediting purchase orders through SAP
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any supply issues
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Managing inventory levels and identifying potential stock risks
  • Providing accurate forecasts to suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and planning functions
  • Attending regular planning and operational meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience within procurement, purchasing, materials planning or supply chain planning
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using SAP, knowledge of Accellos would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who can build effective relationships across departments
