We are recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a well-established business operating in a fast-paced technical environment. This is a broad and varied role responsible for managing procurement activity, supplier relationships and operational support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement and purchasing activities across multiple projects.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times and cost control.
  • Support project delivery through effective planning and coordination.
  • Maintain purchasing records and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and business operations.
  • Support compliance, health & safety and wider business requirements where needed.

About You

  • Proven procurement or purchasing experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction or project-based environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Practical, proactive and solution-focused approach.
