We are recruiting for a forward-thinking accountancy firm with a strong focus on client care and work-life balance. Their modern office includes great perks like a pool table, putting green & free parking because they believe a great workplace helps great work happen.

They are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage client payrolls using Xero. You will handle everything from new starters to year-end reporting and liaising with HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly/monthly payrolls (mainly in Xero)
  • Manage pension auto enrolment and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
  • Submit RTI, CIS returns, P11Ds, and year-end reports
  • Respond to HMRC queries and client questions
What You Will Need:
  • Experience working in Public Practice
  • Experience in payroll (Xero experience a plus)
  • High accuracy and data entry skills
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • Team player who can also work independently
