What You’ll Do (full training provided)
- Input supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Help resolve any invoice issues by speaking to suppliers or colleagues
- Assist with entering payments into the online banking system
- Reconcile supplier statements monthly
- Send payment confirmation emails to suppliers
- Help maintain and update supplier/customer details in the system
- Keep filing systems and digital records organised
- Provide support with simple payroll tasks during absences
- Record and check credit card transactions
- Monitor the accounts inbox and forward messages as needed
- Help prepare supplier payments each month
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Support the Finance Lead with general admin and finance duties
What We’re Looking For
- Studying AAT or a graduate in Accounting & Finance
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator with a professional manner
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Basic experience with Sage or Excel is a bonus - but full training will be given
