An exciting opportunity has become available for a Tender Manager to join a thriving and dynamic organisation during a period of growth. This role will see you leading high-value, multidisciplinary tenders from initial invitation through to submission and successful negotiation. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end tender process for large, complex projects
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of tender submissions, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and quality standards are met
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders at national and international levels
  • Drive commercial competitiveness while maintaining compliance and contractual accuracy
  • Support the negotiation phase, contributing to winning strategies and successful project acquisition

Ideal candidate

  • A degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar tender or project leadership role
  • Background in the offshore wind sector is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of contracts, commercial practices, and procurement processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally when required

  • Full time - 37.5 hours per week
