We are working with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their operations team in Hartlepool.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career within supply chain, procurement, and stock management.

The role will support business performance through effective stock management, supply coordination, pricing support, reporting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock positions and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Complete stock reconciliations across multiple locations
  • Coordinate supply requirements with suppliers, terminals, depots, and transport teams
  • Support pricing reviews and provide recommendations based on stock and market information
  • Assist with procurement activities and supplier management
  • Maintain pricing data and monitor stock availability
  • Produce management information and performance reports
  • Support month-end stock and financial reconciliations
  • Assist with audits, compliance processes, and ad hoc projects

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially aware with good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within supply chain, stock control, inventory, procurement, logistics, or a similar role is desirable
  • CIPS Level 3+, AAT Level 4+, or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous
