Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estimating and Contracts teams
- Assist with tender and quotation preparation and submissions
- Maintain pricing, job details and client information on internal systems
- Support contract set-up and preparation of standard documentation

- Act as a first point of contact for basic client and internal queries
